(More customer reviews)I was very disappointed in the feeder when it arrived.The box was torn and taped in several places also the feeder itself had several parts broken off.I notified the company and they asked me to return it with a comment as to why.I did so and requested a refund.In approximately 1-1/2 weeks I received an email my account was to be credited for the full amount.Very soon after the email I was able to confirm that the funds had been credited to my account.
