(More customer reviews)Item arrived in box in pieces.The item was not contained in any sort of wrapper, carton, or bag to prevent "loss" of pieces/parts should it do so during shipping/handling (which it did!) I had to "sift" through the packaging materials to find the pieces inorder to re-assemble the product.Since there was no paperwork showing how the parts should be configured (assembly-disassembly directions) I had to guess how things went together.I contacted the seller as recommended by Amazon and received NO RESPONSE WHAT-SO-EVER.........
