(More customer reviews)These bird baths have been available for more than 5 years but are frequently difficult to acquire becuase they sell out so fast and are seasonal items. The reason? They are sturdier and easier to put together than you would expect. The little birds on the twig in the center are adorable. Expect lots of compliments. On a side note, filling the base with sand is necessary for high wind areas. And you can drill a hole in the bath area up near the lip, of course, to install a small submersible fountian pump if you desire. Great product. Have seen priced up to $50 and as low as $20 by a local retailer who was out of his product in just hours. Nice find.
